Radonice (German Radonitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located 15 kilometers northeast of the city center of Prague on the city limits and belongs to the Okres Praha-východ .

Radonice is located on the Bohemian Table in the headwaters of the Radonický potok. Expressway 10 / E 65 runs south .
Neighboring towns are Jenštejn in the north, Ostrv and Zápy in the northeast, Svémyslice and Dehtáry in the east, Zeleneč in the southeast, Horní Počernice in the south, Satalice in the southwest, Vinoř in the west and Přezletice in the northwest.
history
The village was first mentioned in writing in 1397.
After the abolition of patrimonial rule, the Radonice municipality was established in 1850, which belongs to the Karlín district . Josef Stáry's brickworks was built in the 19th century and closed in 1912. To the west of the village, František Novák ran a sandstone quarry. In 1870 the community consisted of 56 houses and had 424 inhabitants. In 1910 Radonice had the highest population in its history with 778 inhabitants. From 1928 the municipality belongs to the Praha-venkov district and from 1946 to Okres Praha-sever. Since 1961 it belongs to the Okres Praha-východ. In 1974 the local national committee (MNV) rejected the joint congregation from Radonice to Prague , which was planned with Vinoř, Horní Počernice, Satalice .
