Rolf Falk-Larssen (born February 21, 1960 in Trondheim ) is a former Norwegian speed skater .
Falk-Larssen was all -around world champion in Oslo in 1983 . He won three of the four distances, which automatically made him world champion according to the rules of the time. In addition, the Swede Tomas Gustafson , who finished the final 10,000 meters 37 seconds before Falk-Larssen, had the highest number of points. It was the first time in history that this case occurred. As a result, the three-win rule was abolished in 1987. One year before he won the title, Falk-Larssen had already won bronze at the all- around world championship.
At the all-around European championships in 1982 and 1984 he won the silver medal.
In 1983 Falk-Larssen was awarded the Oscar Mathisen Memorial Trophy .
