Henricus Coenradus Nicolaas "Hein" Vergeer (born May 2, 1961 in Reeuwijk ) is a former Dutch speed skater .

Vergeer won the all- around world championship in Hamar in 1985 and Inzell in 1986 . He also won in these years at the European all- around championships .

In 1985, Vergeer was awarded the Oscar Mathisen Memorial Trophy and was named Sportsman of the Year of the Netherlands in 1986 .
