Per Ivar Moe (born November 11, 1944 in Lillehammer ) is a former Norwegian speed skater .

Moe was all around world champion in Oslo in 1965 . In 1963 and 1964 he won the bronze medal at the European all- around championships and in 1965 the silver medal.

At the Olympic Games in Innsbruck in 1964 , Moe won silver over 5000 meters.

Moe led the nobility calendar for 388 days between 1964 and 1966. His maximum score was 177,150 points.

In 1965 he was awarded the Oscar Mathisen Memorial Trophy and won the election for Norway's Sportsman of the Year .
