Friedrich Ferdinand Rudolf von Neumann-Cosel (born December 30, 1822 in Potsdam , † February 8, 1888 in Hirschberg ) was a Prussian major general .

Life

origin

Rudolf came from the East Prussian noble family von Neumann-Cosel . His parents were the Prussian general of the infantry and chief of the Reitenden Feldjägerkorps August Wilhelm von Neumann-Cosel (1786-1865) and his wife Amalie, née von Dresky (1788-1859). Military career
