Southeast German soccer final
The final round of the southeast German soccer championship was held in the 1930/31 season in a round-robin tournament. Once again, the SOFV determined that the participants from the three strongest districts of Lower Lusatia, Central Silesia and Upper Silesia played the Southeast German football champions in the final season and that the participants from the weaker districts of Bergland, Lower Silesia and Upper Lusatia in a separate group only included the participants in the deciding game for the runner-up played off. This year, too, the theoretical chance for the championship title for clubs from the three weaker districts was denied.
