The eleventh season of the German crime series SOKO Leipzig celebrated its premiere on October 14, 2011 on ZDF . The finale was broadcast on March 30, 2012.

The episodes of the season were first broadcast on the Friday 9:15 pm slot.

As in previous seasons, an episode in the length of a feature film (90 minutes, instead of the usual 45 minutes of an episode) was produced with The Black Widow .

A young woman is found completely confused. Investigators are at a loss, it turns out that Feldhaus was presumably a pedophile and that Heppler and he met before in the offender's childhood, but the evidence is missing. Heppler's partner David Schönbohm and the victim's daughter, Mareike Feldhaus, come under suspicion.
