Robert Dölle (born October 29, 1971 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German actor .

Life

Dölle's parents, Slovak Jews, fled from Prague to Germany in 1968 after the Soviet troops marched into the CSSR. Dölle was born in Frankfurt am Main.

After studying American studies, Dölle completed an apprenticeship at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich. This was followed by an engagement at the Münchner Kammerspiele . There he worked mainly with Dieter Dorn and Peter Zadek . Between 1999 and 2001 he was a member of the ensemble at the Schauspiel Frankfurt . During these years he mainly appeared in productions by Jens-Daniel Herzog and Amelie Niermeyer . From 2001 he was engaged again at the Münchner Kammerspiele. This is where works were created with Karin Beier , Johan Simons and Jossi Wieler, among others . In 2006, Dölle played Siegfried in Dieter Wedel's production of Siegfried's Women at the Worms Nibelung Festival . From 2009 to 2019 he was engaged at the Schauspiel Köln . During these years he worked, in addition to Karin Beier, with Alvis Hermanis , Nicolas Stemann , Herbert Fritsch and Schorsch Cameroon , but mainly with Stefan Bachmann and Rafael Sanchez . From the 2019/20 season he will be part of the ensemble of the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel in Munich.

Since 2002 Dölle has also been working for film and television. In 2004 he played the actor August Wilhelm Iffland in the film Schiller at the side of Matthias Schweighöfer . Important works included TKKG - The Secret of the Enigmatic Mind Machine from 2006, mid-30s from 2007 directed by Stefan Krohmer , Hotel Lux (film) from 2011 by Leander Haussmann , Die weisse Massai with Nina Hoss from 2005 and In the net with Caroline Peters from 2013. Since 2015 Dölle has played the chief inspector Ralf Eisner in the television series Die Vüchsin .

Dölle also works as a spokesperson for radio and television. Since 2014 he has been working regularly with the radio play director Walter Adler . For example, he spoke in the 13-hour WDR production about the French Revolution , brothers after Hilary Mantel the Georges Jacques Danton . Further works with Adler were Galveston , Dshan , Licht im August and When I was dying after William Faulkner .
