Saint-Gervais-en-Belin is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Moncé-en-Belin in the north and west, Laigné-en-Belin in the east and south-east, Saint-Ouen-en-Belin in the south and Yvré-le-Pôlin in the south-west.
