Changé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Yvré-l'Évêque in the north and north-west, Champagné in the north-east, Saint-Mars-la-Brière in the east, Parigné-l'Évêque in the south and south-east, Ruaudin in the south-west and Le Mans in the west.

- Château de la Buzardière from the 15th century, partly only preserved as a ruin, monument historique since 1928
- Saint-Martin church, founded probably in the 11th century, building with parts from the 15th and 18th centuries, considerably damaged by an American attack in 1944, restored in 1950
