Teillé is a French municipality with 480 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Le Mans and the Canton of Bonnétable (until 2015: Canton Ballon ). The inhabitants are called Teillois or Teilléens .

geography

Teillé is about 19 kilometers north of Le Mans . The Orne Saosnoise limits the municipality in the southeast. Teillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Maresché in the north and north-west, Lucé-sous-Ballon in the north-east, Ballon in the east, Montbizot in the south, Saint-Jean-d'Assé in the west and south-west, and Saint-Marceau in the west. The A28 autoroute runs through the municipality .
