The Canton Bonnétable is a French constituency in the arrondissement Le Mans and Mamers , in Sarthe and the region Pays de la Loire ; its capital is Bonnétable . Jean-Pierre Vogel ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2008 .

Until the nationwide reorganization of the cantons in March 2015, the canton Bonnétable consisted of the eight municipalities Bonnétable , Briosne-lès-Sables , Courcival , Jauzé , Nogent-le-Bernard , Rouperroux-le-Coquet , Saint-Georges-du-Rosay and Terrehault . Its layout corresponded to an area of ​​129.92 km ² . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 7203.
