The Reichsstraße 151 ( R 151 ) was a state road of the German Reich until 1945 , which lay entirely in the then Prussian province of Silesia and from Bad Charlottenbrunn (now Jedlina-Zdrój ) southeast of Waldenburg (now Wałbrzych ), where it branched off from Reichsstraße 152 , on the route of today's Polish DW 383 via Peterswaldau in the Eulengebirge (now Dzierżoniów ; here intersection with what was then Reichsstraße 115 ) and Heidersdorf (now Łagiewniki ), where Reichsstraße 116 was crossed, initially on the route of today's Droga krajowa 39 and then the DW 378 via Strehlen (now Strzelin ) to Grottkau (now Grodków ), where it ended at what was then Reichsstrasse 148 .
Their total length was around 92 kilometers.
