The National Highway 119 ( R 119 ) was to 1945, a state road of the German Reich , partly in Silesia , was partially annektiertem to 1939 Polish territory and partly on annektiertem 1938/1939, hitherto Czech territory. The road started on what was then Reichsstraße 5 in Chorzów (Königshütte), ran via Gliwice (Gleiwitz) and Racibórz (Ratibor) to Opava ( Opava ), in what is now the Czech section on the route of Silnice I / 46 via Šternberk (Sternberg) , Olomouc (Olomouc; junction with the then Reichsstraße 373 ) and from there on the route of the current Czech Dálnice 46 via Prostějov (Proßnitz in Moravia) and Vyškov (Wischau) to Brno (Brno), where it ended at the then Reichsstraße 116 .
