The national highway 145 ( R 145 ) was until 1945 a state road of the German Reich , some of which was on sudetendeutschem and 1939 annektiertem Czech territory. It ran, beginning in Cosel (now Kędzierzyn-Koźle ) on Reichsstraße 115 (today Droga krajowa 40 ), along the route of today's Droga krajowa 38 via Głubczyce (Leobschütz), where Reichsstraße 146 was crossed, Krnov (Jägerndorf) on the route of the present Czech Silnice I / 57 to Opava (Opava) (with even repeated intersection of the National Highway 146), and from there on route of the present Czech / 11 Silnice I according Ostrava where they (Moravian Ostrava) on the National Highway 118 met .
