The National Highway 391 ( R 391 ) was to 1945, a state road of the German Reich was based entirely on 1939 annektiertem Polish territory (Polish Silesia and former Austrian Silesia). It ran in Sosnowiec (Sosnowitz) on Reichsstraße 5, starting on the route of today's DW 934 via Oświęcim (Auschwitz), then on to today's Bielsko-Biała (Bielitz-Biala), from there on the route of the former Droga krajowa 69 / Droga ekspresowa S69 (since 2016 Droga ekspresowa S1 ) to Żywiec (Saybusch) and on to the border with Slovakia near the village of Myto.
Their total length was around 104 kilometers.
