The Reichsstraße 383 ( R 383 ) was a state road of the German Reich until 1945 , which was completely on Polish territory annexed in 1939. It ran, beginning in Chojnice (Konitz) at Reichsstraße 1 (today Droga krajowa 22 ), partly on the route of today's Droga krajowa 25 , via Kamień Krajeński (German: Kamin in Westpreußen), Sępólno Krajeńskie (German: Zempelburg) further on the route of today's DW 241, crossed Reichsstraße 123 and the Netze in Nakło nad Notecią (Nakel) , continued via Kcynia (Exin) and on to Wągrowiec (Wongrowitz, from 1942 to 1945 Eichenbrück), where it turned onto Reichsstraße 116 met and ended.

Their total length was around 121 kilometers.
