The national highway 149 ( R 149 ) was until 1945 a state road of the German Reich , which in the former Prussian province of Silesia was. It ran from Brieg (now Brzeg ) on what was then Reichsstraße 5 in a south-westerly direction on the route of the current DW 401 via Przylesie (Konradswaldau) to its confluence with Reichsstraße 148 near the Brzeg (formerly Przylesie) junction of today's A4 autostrada (Poland) .
Their total length was around 13 kilometers.
