The Reichsstraße 384 ( R 384 ) was a state road of the German Reich until 1945 , which was completely on Polish territory annexed in 1939. It ran, starting in Grudziądz (Graudenz), on the route of today's DW 534 via Radzyń Chełmiński (German: Rehden), Wąbrzeźno (German: Briesen), crossed Reichsstraße 382 near the village of Lipnica , continued via Golub-Dobrzyń (Gollub ), where it crossed the Drwęca (Drewenz), and Kikół (Kikol, 1942–1945 Kickelsee) and from then on on today's Droga krajowa 10 to Lipno (1941–1945 Leipe), where it merged onto Reichsstraße 78 and Reichsstraße 123 met and ended.
Their total length was around 80 kilometers.
