The National Highway 386 ( R 386 ) was to 1945, a state road of the German Reich . It ran, starting in Olesno (formerly Rosenberg OS), via Praszka (Praschkau), which was the Polish border town to the German Empire until the German invasion of Poland, from here on the route of today's Droga krajowa 45 to Wieluń (during the German annexation known as Welungen), Złoczew (during the annexation of Schlötzau), where the Droga krajowa 45 now joins the Droga krajowa 14 , and on the Droga krajowa 14 to Sieradz (from 1941 Schieratz). Here the street met Reichsstraße 387 .

Their total length was around 92 kilometers, of which 79 km on Polish territory.
