The National Highway 325 ( R 325 ) was well according to the " breaking up the Resttschechei set". It ran from Prague (Praha) on the route of the current Silnice 611 in an easterly direction, first to Poděbrady (Podebrady), where it crossed the then Reichsstrasse 96 , and on to Hradec Králové (Königgrätz), where it met the Reichsstrasse 177 , and , now on the route of the Silnice I / 33 in a north-easterly direction to Jaroměř , where it met the Reichsstraße 154 , and from there in an easterly direction to Náchod . It then continued on Polish territory (now Droga krajowa 8 ) via Kudowa-Zdrój (Bad Kudowa) and Duszniki-Zdrój (Bad Reinerz) to Kłodzko (Glatz). There it ended at Reichsstrasse 116 . The European route 67 follows the course of the former Reichsstrasse from Glatz to Königgrätz, to Prague it runs on the parallel Dálnice 11 .

The total length of the road was around 193 kilometers.

It is possible that the Reichsstrasse number had already been assigned for the route from Thalfang to Mehring in the Rhine Province .
