German Chess League 1989/90

The 1989/90 season was the tenth season of the German Chess League . Champion became the defending champion, Bayern Munich . It was the club's fifth championship title. The SF Dortmund-Brackel , SK Zehlendorf , SV Fortuna Regensburg and SV 1920 Hofheim were newly promoted . Apart from Dortmund-Brackel, the newcomers were relegated again, and SVg Lasker-Steglitz also got it .
