German Chess League 2006/07

The 2006/07 season was the 27th season of the German Chess League . As in the previous season, the OSC Baden-Baden became champion . The TSV Bindlach shareholder , SC Remagen , SC Bann and SK König Tegel were newly promoted . While Bindlach shareholders and Remagen were able to keep up well in fourth and fifth respectively, Bann and Tegel, bottom of the table, could not keep the class. In addition, the chess friends Berlin had to relegate to the 2nd Bundesliga . The SG Porz withdrew voluntarily after the season after 27 first division years, whereby the SV Mülheim-Nord could remain in the league.
