Federal Chess League 1999/2000
The 1999/2000 season was the 20th season of the German Chess League . SG Porz became champions for the third time in a row . The Godesberger SK , the Lübecker SV 1873 , the SK König Plauen and the TV Tegernsee were newly promoted . The Delmenhorster SK and SK Passau withdrew to the season of the league. Since even the best relegated Dresdner SC waived his right to start, Plauen and TV Tegernsee could remain in the league. In addition, the PSV tower in Duisburg rose .
