The season 1941 was for a two-year break, the 13th season of the series A1 , the highest Italian Hockey League . Champion was for the second time in the history of the AC Milanese DG .
After HC Milan became a section of Inter Milan, Juventus Turin also founded an ice hockey section. The games took place in Milan. The first team from AMDG Milan qualified directly for the final.
