The 1991/92 season was the 58th season of Serie A1 , the highest Italian ice hockey division . HC Devils Milano became champions for the first time in the club's history . USG Zoldo was relegated to the second division.

mode

In the main round, each of the ten teams played a total of 18 games. The eight best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. The bottom of the table was relegated directly to the second division. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
