The 1950/51 season was the 18th season of Serie A1 , the highest Italian ice hockey division . Champion was for the second time in the history of the HC Milan Inter club .

mode

In the main round, the league was divided into three groups of three teams each. The first placed in each group qualified for the final round, the first placed champion. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
