The 1967/68 season was the 34th season of Serie A1 , the highest Italian ice hockey division . SG Cortina became champion for the tenth time in the club's history .

The four teams first completed a common main round. The two first placed finally qualified for the championship final. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
