Steve Heard
Steve Heard (actually Steven Philip Heard ; born April 29, 1962 in Royal Tunbridge Wells ) is a former British middle -distance runner who specialized in the 800-meter distance .
At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1989 in The Hague, he won gold.
At the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in 1991 and at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, he reached the semi-finals.
