Thomas Bading
Thomas Bading (born May 9, 1959 in Quedlinburg ) is a German film and theater actor and theater director .
Life
Bading completed his acting training at the theater school "Hans Otto" Leipzig from 1979 to 1983.
From 1983 to 1992 Bading appeared at the Neue Theater Halle under the direction of Peter Sodann in the role of Amadeus in the play of the same name by Peter Shaffer and in the role of Hamlet in the tragedy of the same name by William Shakespeare. Further roles followed in well-known plays at the Deutsches Theater Berlin from 1992 to 1999. Since 1999 he has appeared in over 30 well-known theater plays at the Schaubühne on Lehniner Platz .
Bading has a son and is married to the actress Claudia Geisler-Bading , with whom he appeared in Little Thirteen, among others . Their daughters Emma and Bella are also actresses.
Bading lives in Berlin.
