Torre de Arcas ( Catalan : Torredarques ) is a Spanish municipality in the province of Teruel in the Autonomous Region of Aragón . It is located on the national road 232 around 31 kilometers southwest of Valderrobres in the southwest of the Comarca Matarraña (Matarranya) in the predominantly Catalan-speaking area of Franja de Aragón . On January 1, 2019, the community had 90 inhabitants.
