Ráfales ( Catalan : Ràfels ) is a Spanish municipality in the province of Teruel in the Autonomous Region of Aragón . It is located around 19 kilometers southwest of Valderrobres and west of the Río Tastavins in the Comarca Matarraña (Matarranya) in the predominantly Catalan-speaking area of Franja de Aragón . On January 1, 2019, the community had 138 inhabitants.
