The Hasenbuck underground station (abbreviation: HA ) is the eighth underground station of the Nuremberg underground and was opened on June 18, 1974. It is 752 meters from the Frankenstraße underground station and 1509 meters from the Bauernfeindstraße underground station . A parking and sweeping system connects to the station in the direction of Langwasser. It is used by around 4,100 passengers every day.

location

The station is located in the Hasenbuck district of Nuremberg and extends underground in a north-west-south-east direction between the intersection of Ingolstädter- / Nerzstraße and Nerzstraße. The only staircase leads from the northern head of the platform to a distribution floor under the intersection of Ingolstädter- / Nerzstraße and from there to all of its corners. An elevator leads from the north head of the station to the surface.

The DB repair shop and the marshalling yard are in the vicinity of the station .

Building and architecture

The construction work for the 150 m long station building began in July 1971 and was carried out using the open construction method with Berlin shoring . The elevator was retrofitted in 1982. Hasenbuck was the first Nuremberg subway station to have an underground pedestrian distribution floor.

The color of the subway station is brown . The platform walls, tiled with ceramic tiles, are brown from the floor to the level of the platform edge, then white with an interruption by the tape with the platform name (white writing on a brown background) and then brown again up to the ceiling. The round support columns are also tiled in brown.
