The A322 is a federal trunk road in the Altai region of Russia . It runs from the R256 (formerly M52) at Novoaltaisk via Barnaul in a south-westerly direction along the Alei River to the Kazakh border at Rubzowsk . At the time of the Soviet Union it continued on the territory of the Kazakh SSR as far as Semipalatinsk (today Semei ). It is 346 km long on Russian territory.

The A322 is part of the Asian highway (Asian Highway) AH 64 from Barnaul to Petropavlovsk in Nordkasachstan.

The road was given the number A322 in 2010. Previously it was numbered A349.
