A130 (Russia)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The A130 is a federal trunk road in central Russia . It leads from Moscow in a south-westerly direction to the Belarusian border in the direction of southern Belarus ( Babrujsk ).

The A130 was built at the time of the Soviet Union as a southern alternative route to the M1 "Belarus" mainline (today M1 (Russia) and M1 (Belarus) ). The M1 is reached again in the west of Belarus - east of Ivazewitschy , just under 150 km from the Polish border. Today the road in the Moscow area also plays an important role as an alternative to the highways to Kiev ( M3 ) and Kaluga .

The first almost 50 kilometers from Moscow are four lanes.

The street was given the number A130 in 2010. Previously it was numbered A101.
