At the Roisdorf Hufebahn is a nature reserve in the city of Bornheim in the North Rhine-Westphalian Rhein-Sieg district . In this area, a structurally rich, small-parceled landscape section is to be preserved and optimized on the Ville high-rise terrace with various fallow stages of field trees, orchards and grassland areas.

The nature reserve is located in the Roisdorf district of Bornheim . It is located on a knoll southwest of the district on the border with Alfter . Southeast to the nature reserve includes gravel pit on blood path to northwest, the nature reserve silica sand pit .

description

The property offers a diverse mosaic of old fallow trees , oak fields , dry and moist fallow meadows, pasture grassland , willow bushes , younger oak-beech fields and fruit crops that are still cultivated on mostly gravelly subsoil. The structurally rich biotope complex (biotope register BK-5207-919) has developed in recent years from the formerly almost extensive fruit tree cultures.
