Bach was part of the municipality of Windeck in the Rhein-Sieg district . Today it forms the eastern part of Hurst .

Bach lies on the slopes of the Leuscheid in the Siefen of the Burgbach .

history

Bach belonged to the parish of Rosbach and at times to the mayor's office Dattenfeld .

In 1830 Bach had 61 inhabitants.

In 1845 the hamlet had 51 Protestant residents in 11 houses. In 1863 there were 42 people. In 1888 there were 73 residents in 12 houses.

In 1962 78 people lived here and in 1976 52.
