The Challenge Bell 2011 was a women's tennis tournament held in Québec from September 12-18, 2011 .

The defending champion in the singles was Tamira Paszek , who was eliminated in the semifinals against Marina Eraković . Eraković met Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová in the final and lost to this in three sets. Last year's winner in doubles was the Swedish duo Sofia Arvidsson and Johanna Larsson , of whom only Arvidsson competed this year. Together with her partner Marina Eraković, however, she was eliminated in the first round. The top seeded US pairing Raquel Kops-Jones / Abigail Spears secured the title with a final win in three sets over Jamie Hampton and Anna Tatishvili .
