This article describes the 2011 Rogers Cup women's tournament .

The 2011 Rogers Cup was a tennis tournament that was held in Toronto from August 8-14. The defending champion in the singles was Caroline Wozniacki , but this failed in her first game in the second round. In the final, Samantha Stosur met the unseeded Serena Williams . Williams won with a clear 6-4 and 6-2 and secured her second title of the season. In doubles, Gisela Dulko and Flavia Pennetta defended their title, but were eliminated in the semifinals against the eventual winners Liezel Huber and Lisa Raymond .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 56 players, that of the double competition consisted of 28 pairs. The eight top seeded players in singles and the four top seeded pairings in doubles each got a bye into the second round.
