Bundestag constituency Dortmund III

The Bundestag constituency Dortmund III was a constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia from 1949 to 2002 . Most recently it included the Dortmund districts of Aplerbeck , Hörde , Hombruch and Lütgendortmund .

The predecessor constituency from 1949 to 1965 was the constituency of Dortmund III - Lünen . For the 2002 Bundestag election , the number of constituencies in Dortmund was reduced from three to two and the constituencies of Dortmund I and Dortmund II were redefined. The constituency of Dortmund III was always won by candidates from the SPD , most recently by Ulla Burchardt .
