Clos du Doubs is a municipality in the Porrentruy district in the canton of Jura in Switzerland .

It emerged on January 1, 2009 from the merger of the former municipalities of Epauvillers , Epiquerez , Montenol , Montmelon , Ocourt , Saint-Ursanne and Seleute and is named after the Clos du Doubs .

Neighboring municipalities are Montfaucon , Soubey , Saint-Brais , La Baroche , Haute-Sorne, Boécourt , Cornol , Courgenay , Fontenais and Bressaucourt in the canton of Jura and Montancy and Burnevillers in neighboring France .
