Eliza Johnson
Eliza McCardle Johnson (born October 4, 1810 in Greeneville , Tennessee , † January 15, 1876 in Greene County ) was the wife of the seventeenth US President Andrew Johnson and the First Lady of the United States from 1865 to 1869.
She and Johnson married on May 5, 1827. In the course of their marriage they had a total of five children: the two daughters Martha and Mary and the three sons Charles, Andrew and Robert.
