Emil Wingstedt (born May 9, 1975 in Växjö ) is a Swedish orienteer and multiple world and European champion. His best discipline is the sprint orienteering. He lives in Halden ( Norway ) with his wife Anja Mattick and his son Liam. In Halden he works at the Institute for Energy Technology.
