Allan Mogensen (born November 2, 1967 ) is a former Danish orienteer . He was long distance world champion in 1993 and world champion with the Danish relay in 1997.

In 1990 Mogensen won the Nordic Championship in the classic long distance. In 1992 he was second in the long and middle distance, and he also won the O-rings . At the 1993 World Championships in West Point , USA , Mogensen won the long-distance title. 1997 won the relay Torben Skovlyst , Chris Terkelsen , Allan Mogensen and Carsten Jørgensen for Denmark both the title at the Nordic Championships and the World Championships. While he was unable to build on his success from 1993 in individual decisions at world championships, he still had a good season in 2000. At the first European championship since the 1960s, he finished fourth on the short distance. In the overall World Cup he came in third after winning two competitions behind Jani Lakanen from Finland and the Norwegian Tore Sandvik .
