The 2007/08 Football Hamburg League was the 63rd season of the top amateur class of the Hamburg Football Association . The Hamburg League was a league level below the Oberliga Nord . It was held in a relay.

Compared to the previous season , VfL 93 Hamburg came back to the Hamburg League after one season from the Oberliga Nord. In addition there were the four newly promoted FC Voran Ohe ( promotion after 39 years), Inter GSK Bergedorf, SV Grün-Weiß Harburg (both in the top Hamburg amateur class for the first time) and SV Rugenbergen (promotion after two years).

The winner was SC Victoria Hamburg . With the introduction of the 3rd league , the restructuring of the regional leagues and the dissolution of the Northern Football League , there were no promoters.

At the end of the season, the teams had to relegate to the last four places. Inter GSK Bergedorf, Grün-Weiß Harburg and SV Rugenbergen had to leave the Hamburg-Liga after one season, the Buxtehuder SV after five seasons. The VfL Pinneberg pulled his team back 48 years after his ascension.
