The Greenmount National Park (English Greenmount National Park ) is a 56 hectare national park 22 kilometers east of Perth in Western Australia , Australia . It is located in the hills called Greenmount Hills near the town of the same name Greenmount .
Like its neighbors, the John Forrest and Gooseberry Hill National Park , it is located on the Darling Scarp , a 1,000-kilometer-long edge that runs through Western Australia in a north-south direction. From Greenmount National Park you have a good view of the western plain, the Swan Coastal Plain .
The vegetation in the park consists mainly of Marri , Jarrah and Wandoo forests .
