The 17 km² William Bay National Park is located near the city of Denmark in Western Australia and 369 km from Perth .

William Bay was named after Sir William Edward Parry , a British admiral and explorer (1790–1855). The national park was established in 1971. The William Bay Park is divided by granite and limestone mountains next to turquoise green waters and pristine white sandy beaches on the coast. It is a place for swimming and diving. In addition to the large William Bay, Madfish Bay and Waterfall Beach are popular.

The winter storms form high sand dunes on the coast that extend inland. Many small trees and bushes grow in the park, which also has hiking trails and toilets.
