Jekaterina Sergejewna Koneva ( Russian Екатерина Сергеевна Конева , English transcription Yekaterina Koneva ; born September 25, 1988 ) is a Russian three-jumper .

She started her career as a sprinter . On February 14, 2007, she was tested positive for testosterone in a competition control and suspended for two years for this violation of the doping regulations .

In 2010 she switched to the triple jump. She won gold at the 2011 Summer Universiade in Shenzhen.

In 2013 she defended this title at the Universiade in Kazan and won the silver medal at the World Championships in Moscow .
