Johannes Enzenhofer (born October 4, 1965 in Engerwitzdorf ) is a former Austrian triathlete , national champion in the short distance triathlon (2000) and Olympian (2000).
Career
Johannes Enzenhofer was active in swimming as a teenager, in 1994 he joined the Austrian national triathlon team and started for the Gallneukirchen sports club
In August 2000 Enzenhofer became triathlon state champion on the short distance in Blindenmarkt.
In September of the same year he started for Austria in Sydney at the Olympic Games (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running), where he finished 29th.
In June 2001 he was tenth at the European Triathlon Championships in the Czech Republic.
In 2002 he ended his active career. He received the sports honor plate of the state of Upper Austria from Josef Pühringer .
