The District of Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin is a French constituency in the Savoie department in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It comprises 27 communities in the Arrondissement of Chambéry and has its main town (French: bureau centralisateur ) in Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin . It was enlarged significantly as part of the nationwide reorganization of the cantons in 2015 and included the municipalities of the dissolved canton of Les Échelles , among others .

Until the reorganization, the canton of Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin included the 12 municipalities of Aiguebelette-le-Lac , Ayn , Belmont-Tramonet , Domessin , Dullin , La Bridoire , Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin, Lépin-le-Lac , Nances , Saint -Alban-de-Montbel , Saint-Béron and Verel-de-Montbel . Its layout corresponded to an area of 75.92 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 7321.
